Investment Objective
The Global Balanced Strategy takes a “pool of pools” approach. It holds varying weights of the Diversified Fixed Income Pool, the International Pool, the Canadian Dividend Growth Pool, and the U.S. Dividend Growth Pool. The objective of the strategy is to manage portfolio risk while achieving above average long-term returns through a combination of capital growth, dividend, and interest income.
Strategy
The strategy will consist of an optimized blend of CWB McLean & Partners’ four investment strategies: CWB M&P Diversified Fixed Income, CWB M&P Canadian Dividend Growth, CWB M&P U.S. Dividend Growth, and CWB M&P International Equity. The risks associated with pursuing the investment objectives will be mitigated through sector diversification and limitations on position size within each of the included Private Pools.
